We are pleased to announce the appointment of Russell Edmondson as Managing Director of Pharos Offshore Group.

With over 20 years senior management experience, Russell began his career within the construction industry where he specialised in commercial project management for a number of market leading organisations prior to moving into the offshore sector. Originally from London, he moved to the North East in 2011 and joined Tekmar Energy Ltd, now part of Tekmar Group plc, becoming their Managing Director and a member of the leadership team who successfully grew the business to its floatation on London’s AIM market in 2018.

Russell is passionate about the offshore sector having worked closely with many major industry stakeholders and believes that collaboration and a focus on building strong teams are essential for business success.
