Since Pharos’ inception, we have shown consistent growth in all areas of the business and have no intention of slowing down.

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Procurement & Export Specialist to join our growing offshore services business.
This is a key role responsible for managing procurement activities, supplier relationships, import & export coordination and trade compliance, ensuring projects are supported efficiently and effectively both in the UK and internationally.
Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Projects and Finance teams, you will play a critical role in maintaining robust procurement, import, export and supply chain processes that support business performance, regulatory compliance and risk management.

We are seeking an Asset Supervisor to join our growing offshore services business.
Based in Blyth, this is a pivotal role at the heart of our operations, providing hands-on technical leadership to ensure our subsea assets are maintained, tested, documented and always mobilisation-ready. Working closely with our Workshop, Engineering, Project Management and Offshore Operations teams, you’ll play a key part in delivering successful customer projects while leading workshop asset activities and supporting the development of technicians and apprentices.
