Pharos Offshore Group had the privilege of being used as a case study in Clarity Leadership‘s annual development course for high potential leaders from all sectors.

A group from the course worked with the senior management team on real world challenges, settling on a discussion about environmental impact and the potential to maximise Pharos’s credentials as a sustainable organisation. In addition, they came up to our headquarters in the Port of Blyth for the day, had time with our CEO Phil Walker and Chair of the Pharos board Ian Bryan, and learned about the challenges our industry faces – everything from offshore cable laying to new technology to the intricacies of export control!

In return Clarity invited Pharos to their flagship event at the London Stock Exchange, where the HiPo leaders gave impressive keynote speeches to a packed auditorium.

A valuable experience for all involved.
