Leadership Appointment Marks a New Chapter in Pharos Offshore Group’s Strategic Growth.
Blyth, UK, 03 September 2025 — Tompkins has been serving as Board Advisor to Pharos Offshore Group since October 2024, working closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategy. He has over 26 years’ experience in the offshore and subsea industries, including senior leadership and board positions at CTC Marine Projects, Modus, and Propulsion. Jake has held several Chair, NED, and Trustee roles across the private, public and third sectors.
